Státní vývozce zbraní firma Rosoboronexport dnes oznámila, že začaly letové zkoušky v Indii vyvinutého motoru pro indické stíhačky Tejas. Motor nazývaný Kaveri je umístěn na testovacím letadle Il-76LL. Při první zkoušce běžel 45 min. a potvrdil výsledky pozemních zkoušek. V nejbližších měsících je plánováno 50 podobných zkoušek.
