V roku 1999 bol obnovený aj cintorín v meste Mingačevir. Spolu je tu pochovaných 828 vojnových zajatcov. Areál ma plochu 8125 metrov štvorcových. Hroby sú označené kameňmi a kovovými doskami. Centrálny monument je 5,5 metrov štvorcových vysoký kovový kríž.
