Nemecký vojnový cintorín v Baku bol obnovený v roku 1995. Je tu pochovaných asi 80 vojnových zajatcov. Plocha cintorína je asi 620 metrov štvorcových. Cintorín je od okolia oddelený kamenným múrom. Každý hrob je označený kamennou tabuľou. Na cintoríne sa nachádza aj centrálny monument v tvare 2,5 metra vysokého kovového kríža. Cintorín bol slávnostne otvorený v roku 1996.
