Restrictions on entry into the country as an instrument of militant democracy
Democratic states are not only currently forced to face a number of challenges from their enemies. These enemies are recruited not only by internal actors seeking to disrupt their establishment, but also by nationals of other states. Both groups of these people, who pose a danger to the democratic state and its values, must be defended with effective tools. The aim of this work is to present the tools and possibilities of current democratic states ( in the case of the EU community of democracies ) in protection against the enemies of democracy, who may come to endangered states from the outside.
