Note:		 1) Pluk zanikl v prostoru města Chełm při reorganizaci, kdy se k pluku připojilo několik cizích jednotek. Po předchozích neúspěšných pokusech o navázání kontaktu s Kresovou jezdeckou brigádou se velitel pluku rozhodl vytvořit skupinu (Jezdecká skupina „Chełm“) a v její sestavě Sloučený jezdecký pluk, jehož součástí se staly zbytky 22. hulánského pluku. V polských zdrojích je toto datum uváděno rozdílně.
2) Od 19.09.1939 byla eskadrona v sestavě Sloučeného jezdeckého pluku Jezdecké skupiny „Chełm“. Kolem 02.10.1939 celá skupina kapitulovala a byla zajata sovětskými jednotkami v prostoru obcí Frampol-Dzwola (Bukowiec u Biłgoraje).
3) Od 19(22?).09.1939 byla eskadrona v sestavě Sloučeného jezdeckého pluku Jezdecké skupiny „Chełm“. Kolem 02.10.1939 celá skupina kapitulovala a byla zajata sovětskými jednotkami v prostoru obcí Frampol-Dzwola (Bukowiec u Biłgoraje).
4) Při nočním ústupu (13./14.09.1939) se eskadrona odpojila od pluku a přidala se k pochodové koloně zbytku Kresové jezdecké brigády. Po zrušení brigády byla 22.09.1939 zařazena do stavu Volyňské jezdecké brigády a její činnost ani doba zániku nejsou v uvedených zdrojích uvedeny.
5) Při nočním přesunu 07./08.09.1939 se eskadrona připojila ke 20. hulánskému pluku. 10.09.1939 eskadrona přišla o svoje koně a přesunovala se pěším pochodem. Ráno 11.09.1939 byly osamělé zbytky eskadrony obklíčeny a po krátkém boji padla většina příslušníků eskadrony do zajetí.
6) Eskadrona byla pravděpodobně rozdělena četami k jezdeckým eskadronám. Část eskadrony byla se 4. eskadronou a kapitulovala společně s ní 11.09.1939. Činnost ani datum zániku eskadrony nejsou v uvedených zdrojích uvedeny. V sestavě Jezdecké skupiny „Chełm“ ani v sestavě zreorganizované Kresové jezdecké brigády není uvedena.
7) Činnost ani datum zániku čety nejsou v uvedených zdrojích uvedeny. 13.09.1939 měla ztratit 1 kanón. V sestavě Jezdecké skupiny „Chełm“ ani v sestavě zreorganizované Kresové jezdecké brigády není uvedena.

12) Při ústupu 14.09.1939 ztratila kontakt s plukem a připojila se k hlavním silám 22. hulánského pluku.

1) After the retreat of the regiment to the town in chełm and add to it several other units had formed a Riding group "in chełm" and became its commander. 15) In the source Wielka so that księga refers to Kawalerii Polskiej 1918-1939 is shown a second lieutenant Andrzej Szeptycki. In schématizmu from march 1939 (Rocznik Oficerski 1939) is not listed. Majewski reported an unknown lieutenant in the reserve. DD.MM.1939 fell under unknown circumstances into soviet captivity. DD.MM.1940 he was murdered in Katyn. 05.10.2007 was promoted posthumously to the rank of lieutenant.

16) As is specified in the schématizmu from march 1939 (Rocznik Oficerski 1939). Other sources indicate Bolesław Jan Kulczycki. Probably fell 10.09.1939 near the city of Łódź. Another record in the same source states that he was deported to Germany and after the war he remained in Germany.

Regiment with attached units arrived to the area of the city in chełm and was re-renamed the Riding group "in chełm" only 22.09.1939. The table was adjusted.
According to the below source was the retreat conducted in the days 18.09.1939-22.09.1939 around the axis of Bartniki-Drohiczyn-the Tyśmienica-Parczew-in chełm./
