Poznámka:
Note:		 1) Při nočním přesunu bez map prostoru se předvoj pluku odklonil od stanovené trasy pochodu a pluk se přesunul do lesního komplexu mezi obcemi Psary a Raducz v týlu německých sil. V odpoledních hodinách byl objeven jednotkami německé 18. pěší divize a po krátkém boji většina pluku padla do zajetí.
2) Eskadrona se při nočním přesunu přidala k pochodové koloně 6. pluk jízdních střelců, ztratila kontakt se svým plukem a v průběhu boje v obklíčení u obce Osuchów dostala povolení k jezdeckému útoku (szarży). Z obklíčení se probilo cca 50 mužů. Další osudy eskadrony nejsou v uvedených zdrojích uvedeny.
3) Zbytky eskadrony kapitulovaly spolu se zbytkem pluku po boji v prostoru obcí Psary-Raducz. Část eskadrony byla rozprášena teprve 15.09.1939.
4) Při nočním přesunu 07/08.09.1939 se eskadrona připojila ke koloně 22. hulánského pluku a s ním ustoupila 10.09.1939 v prostoru obce Modlin za řeku Vislu. 11.09.1939 se připojila ke Skupině Grobicki, ze které 13.09.1939 vznikla zreorganizovaná Kresová jezdecká brigáda. Kolem 20.09.1939 se část eskadrony se svým velitelem připojila k Jezdecké skupině „Chełm“. Tam byla zařazena do jezdeckého pluku, kterému velel bývalý velitel 1. jezdecký pluk SOP podplukovník Kopeć. Kolem 02.10.1939 celá skupina kapitulovala a byla zajata sovětskými jednotkami v prostoru obcí Frampol-Dzwola.
5) Zbytky eskadrony kapitulovaly spolu se zbytkem pluku po boji v prostoru obcí Psary-Raducz.
6) Eskadrona byla pravděpodobně rozdělena četami k jezdeckým eskadronám. Datum zániku celku není v uvedených zdrojích uveden. 11.09.1939 byla v prostoru obcí Psary-Raducz jedna četa, která kapitulovala se zbytkem pluku.
7) Zbytky čety (2 kanóny) se při nočním přesunu připojily k pochodové koloně 6. pluku jízdních střelců a kapitulovaly po boji v prostoru obce Osuchów.
8) Datum zániku čety není v uvedených zdrojích uvedeno. Poslední záznam o činnosti čety je ústup 04.09.1939 z obranné pozice jihozápadně od obce Warta.
9) Zbytky čety kapitulovaly spolu se zbytkem pluku po boji v prostoru obcí Psary-Raducz.
10) Činnost ani datum zániku eskadrony (družstva) nejsou v uvedených zdrojích uvedeny.
11) Baterie byla organizačně v sestavě oddílu, ale operačně podléhala veliteli pluku.
12) Při nočním přesunu 07./08.09.1939 se eskadrona připojila ke 20. hulánskému pluku. 10.09.1939 eskadrona přišla o svoje koně a přesunovala se pěším pochodem. Ráno 11.09.1939 byly osamocené zbytky eskadrony obklíčeny a po krátkém boji padla většina příslušníků eskadrony do zajetí.

Notes:
1) 08.09.1939 took command over part of the Kresové cavalry brigade, whose commander lost contact with their units. At the same time, but remained the commander of the regiment. 11.09.1939 was in combat with units 18. infantry division near the village of Raducz injured. In December 1939 he was treated in a łódź hospital. From DD.12.1939 in the German captivity. After the war he returned to Poland, where in the village Biskupce Melsztyńskie led agricultural economy. He died 08.11.1980 in Krakow.

In the Warsaw uprising he was commander of the clusters of the Earth's army "Róg" and after the formation of 20.09.1944 of the Warsaw corps of the Earth's military (Warsaw Korpus Armii Krajowej) became the commander of the 36. infantry regiment of the Academic legion of the Earth's army (36 Pułk Piechoty Legion Akademickiej AK). Since the surrender of the uprising in the German captivity. After the liberation he remained in emigration in Germany and later in the united states. He died 26.04.1983 in Chicago. DD.MM.1942 (?) promoted to the rank of major and the DD.09.1944 to the rank of lieutenant colonel. During the fighting in the Warsaw uprising he was awarded the Silver cross to Order of Virtuti Militari.

8) Most sources it is reported Augustyna Szozdu as lieutenant dr. the veterinary services. In schématizmu from march 1939 is listed as captain doctor, dr., chief physician 44. infantry regiment. It is not listed in the list of losses not captured.
9) 11.09.1939 is riding the attack made it all the way at the head of about 50 members of his eskadrony of the encirclement near the village of Osuchów. It is not listed in the list of losses not captured.
10) After the battle near the village of Raducz led part eskadrony yet to 15.09.1939. Then probably in German captivity. After the war, repatriated to Poland.
11) After the end of the fighting, escaped captivity, moved into the German zone of occupation and joined the armed resistance in the ranks of the of the Union of armed struggle (Związek Walki Zbrojnej (ZWZ)) and the Earth's army (The Home army (AK)) as the intelligence officer of the Main headquarters of the Provincial army. DD.06.1943 was in the town of Krosno arrested and tortured by the Gestapo. He was probably DD.08.1943 executed in the forest near the village of Warzyce.
