Note:		 1) Po bojích u obce Suchowola a po připojení zbytku oddílu k jednotkám 41. pěší divize (záložní) byly 24.09.1939 2. a 4. baterie sloučeny do jediné baterie, ovšem bez společného velitele. Po podepsání kapitulace Armády Przedrzymirski (26.09.1939) polské jednotky, včetně zbytků baterie, zničily svou těžkou výzbroj a 27.09.1939 složily zbraně.
2) Baterie byla organizačně v sestavě oddílu, ale po přidělení k podpoře některého z jezdeckých pluků brigády byla operačně podřízená veliteli podporované jednotky:

Note:
1) 12.09.1939 was the commander of the 2. battery. After fighting with the units 11. infantry division receded the battery section with individual regiments and the headquarters section had lost the connection. After their concentration has taken over the representation of the command of this part (2., 3., 4. battery, connecting the platoon, quartermaster train, a group survey). 19.09.1939 temporarily handed over to the battery under the command of lieutenant Walczyńského. After the connection to the remnants of Mazovské cavalry brigade (21.09.1939) became again the commander of the 2. battery. 26.09.1939 fell in combat with the units 8. infantry division near the village of Górecko Kościelne. For the fight in September 1939 he was awarded the Silver cross to Order of Virtuti Militari.
2) To 19.09.1939 was proviantním an officer of the section. After the disposal of the quartermaster trénu was in a period of 19.09.1939-21.09.1939 commander 2. battery. After the surrender (27.09.1939) fell into German captivity. After the liberation he stayed on the emigration in Great Britain and later in Canada, where 12.03.1998 died at the age of 87 years.
3) is Not listed in the list of losses not captured. Died on 27.06.1987.

4) Sources report several versions:
1) Zarzycki reported that 24.09.1939 died as a result of an earlier injury as a reconnaissance officer 3. battery. In the command assembly section, however, it is reported as a firing officer 2. battery.
2) In the source Mazowiecka Brygada Kawalerii – 1 DAK. B.Also.24/e/5 is listed as an officer of the 3rd. batteries with a note "fell around 25.IX.1939“
3) In the first online resources are listed two alternatives:
A) died 20.12.1939 in Warsaw and was buried there.
B) he died in Cracow as a result of injuries 21.09.1939 in the village of Suchowola.
4) In the second internet source it is stated that during the fight 24.09.1939 near the village of Suchowola was seriously injured, then treated in Warsaw, where 20.12.1939 died and was buried.
5) is Not listed in the list of captured. Probably from December 1939 to armed resistance in the ranks of the of the Union of armed struggle and the Earth's army under the code name "Onufry". Fell in the rank of captain in the combat action 26.08.1943 in Warsaw.
