Note:
1) Pluk zanikl při kapitulaci Samostatné operační skupiny „Polesí“ po bitvě u Kocka.
2) 11.09.1939 padl v boji. Při nepřehledné situaci v oblasti svého velitelského stanoviště byl zasažen kulometnou palbou II. praporu polského 71. pěšího pluku.
3) Velitel 1. řadové eskadrony. Po smrti velitele pluku, jako nejvýše postavený důstojník pluku, převzal jeho velení a předal ho po ustanovení nového velitele.
4) Do 09.09.1939 byl zástupcem velitele 1. hulánského pluku a od 09.09.1939 do 12.09.1939 byl dočasně velitelem 2. hulánského pluku.
5) K eskadroně nedorazil rozkaz k ústupu a následném místě soustředění a tak eskadrona společně s 2.četou 2. řadové eskadrony, vodiči koní kulometné a 2. řadové eskadrony, částí spojovací čety a většinou pomocné eskadrony ustupovala samostatně do prostoru města Wołkowysk, kde byla přeorganizována na Samostatnou korouhev 1. hulánského pluku a zařazena do sestavy Záložní jezdecké brigády „Wołkowysk″.
6) Po dva kulometné roje byly zařazeny do řadových eskadron a kulometná eskadrona byla zrušena.
7) Dva zbývající kanony byly zařazeny do sestavy 1. a 2. řadové eskadrony a četa byla zrušena.
8) V rámci reorganizace pluku četa „přesedlala“ na koně a byla rozdělena mezi řadové eskadrony.
9) Podle internetového zdroje četa ustupovala se 4. eskadronou. U Wróblewského je v sestavě pluku v řadách Jezdecké brigády „Edward“. U Głowackého není.
10) Většina eskadrony ustupovala se 4. řadovou eskadronou. U Wróblewského ani Głowackého v sestavě pluku v řadách Jezdecké brigády „Edward“ není.
11) Od mobilizace do 14.09.1939 byla vojskovým oddílem Suvalské jezdecké brigády. Po zrušení kulometné eskadrony byla zařazena do sestavy pluku.
12) V rámci reorganizace byla vytvořena z příslušníků pluku, na které nestačil stav koní. Velitelem eskadrony byl jmenován poručík jezdectva Józef Maria Ludwik Malanowski, bývalý velitel I. čety kulometné eskadrony.
13) Baterie byla organizačně v sestavě oddílu, ale operačně podléhala veliteli pluku. .

1) 11.09.1939 fell in the struggle with the parts of the 20. infantry division (motorized) and 10. panzer division. In the chaotic situation in the area of his command post was hit by machine gun fire II. battalion of the Polish 71. infantry regiment (the18. infantry division).
2) the Commander of the 1. terraced eskadrony. After the death of the commander of the regiment, as the highest ranking officer of the regiment, took over his command and handed over him after the appointment of a new commander. After the surrender of Independent operational group "Polesie" was from 06.10.1939 in German captivity. After the liberation of 29.04.1945 remained in the West and until demobilisation in 1947 he served in the Polish exile army. He died at Penley 04.07.1971 at the age of 78 years. For fighting in the Polish-soviet war of 1918-1920, he was awarded the Silver cross and the fighting in September 1939 a Golden cross Order of Virtuti Militari.

4) In combat near the village of Wądołki Borowe was machine gun fire II. battalion of the Polish 71. infantry regiment (the18. infantry division) severely wounded in both legs. At the next retreat they got to the German captivity and was treated in one of the warsaw hospitals. There he was amputated a leg and was discharged as a war invalid. Before by the persecution was hiding in the property Sobienice Jeziory, where he was however 15.06.1942, the day before his wedding, arrested by the Gestapo and shipped off to Warsaw. 8) Przemsza-Zieliński reported as the intelligence officer and at the same time as the commander of the 2. eskadrony centurion Wincenty Chrząszczewského. In the source of IPMS is not an intelligence officer is placed. In the second internet source it is stated that Chrząszczewski was appointed commander of the 2. eskadrony only in the course of mobilization, but in schématizmu from march 1939 (Rocznik Oficerski 1939) is listed as its commander. Intelligence officer probably wasn't intended.
9) After the war, evaded the German and the soviet captivity and joined the armed resistance in the ranks of the the Earth's army. Worked under the last name Porębski (code name "Gozdawa") in the property Landwarów in Vilna, where he founded and commanded a guerrilla style-partyzánskému centre (Ośrodek Dywersyjno-Partyzancki). In mid-1944. year on the basis of established Guerrilla unit "Gozdawa" (about 200 soldiers). After the transition of the queue and after the disarmament of the units the Earth's army in Vilna his unit on the orders of higher headquarters disbanded. He died under unknown circumstances 11.07.1944.

He participated in the armed resistance in the ranks of the the Earth's army. He fought in the Warsaw uprising. After the war he lived in Poland and 02.08.1978 died in the town of Kołobrzeg.

In the night of 16./17.04.1944 was discontinued in Poland and ranked as an officer for the Central command the Earth's army. He fought in the Warsaw uprising iu as the commander of the battalion "Ryś", deputy commander of the regiment of the "Waligóra". In the fighting he was wounded. After the surrender of Warsaw he escaped to the city of Częstochowa and there continued in the resistance. In the night 28./29.12.1944 was the Germans arrested and dragged off to a camp in Gross-Rosen and later Dora. After the liberation he went to Great Britain and served in the Polish exile army. 27.07.1949 returned to Poland, where he was 13.08.1951 arrested by State security and imprisoned. 30.04.1953 was for espionage, sentenced to death and 10.10.1953 shot in the warsaw prison on Mokotově. In 1943 he was promoted to the rank of centurion and 11.11.1944 to the rank of major. During the fighting in the Warsaw uprising he was awarded the Silver cross to Order of Virtuti Militari.
