This law also counted with the transfer of ostrostřeleckých to the vojenky organized and managed services. These councils ostrostřelců, however, always considered exclusively self-regulatory organisations, voluntary and subsidized from member contributions and also with considerable national focus, in particular in the Czech lands and a deeper interest in the celorakouské military problems. Therefore also of the ostrostřeleckých Corps was not demonstrated nor interest in, and the willingness of the new domonraneckému law subject.
Upcoming political events, however, forced the crisper procedure the Vienna Ministry of zeměbrany and finally, in the course of the year 1906 ostrostřelecké Corps oficielně vyjídřily, thus the law on the establishment of militia, and I do and also its statutes this law přízpůsobí.Also Emperor Franz Jisef I, as a reward for these newly commissioned by the domobraneckým brigades, on the occasion of the anniversary of his over the Government in 1908, based on these abory badge for the militia.
