Born on 25 October 1925 in aulu Bulak, Kazakhstan. Mother lost in Stalin's "protikulackých" the repression in 1932 after her father was imprisoned in 1937, raised her uncle - railroader in Alma-Ata. For the first three months of fighting has had on his account 32 enemy soldiers and officers. In addition, he often went with the unit of explorers, and at times it has managed to gain valuable "language".

In January 1944, the brigade participated in the attack, has as part of the second Baltic Front , in Pskov, where he knocked out a German machine gun grenade and enabled the infantry to capture a strategic position. 15th January 1944 took part in the reflection of German counterattacks. Of machine-gun fire knocked out dozens of enemies, but that also fatally wounded.
