Multi-purpose air conditioner AMK 24/56-131 (air conditioner) is designed for cooling, heating or ventilation with conditioned air of special equipment of pilots, cabins and special areas of aircraft. It can operate two aircraft with a volume of cabins and spaces up to 50 m & # 179 ;.
Air conditioner is located on the chassis of an off-road vehicle ZIL-131 and is capable of operating in the temperature range of - 40 ° C to + 50 ° C in any environment.
The air conditioner has the following operating modes:
Ventilation: in this mode, ambient air is pumped into the aircraft, without turning on the cooling system. This operating mode is used at ambient air temperatures from - 15 ° C to + 30 ° C,
Cooling: it is advisable to switch the air conditioner to this mode at an ambient air temperature of + 10 ° C to + 30 ° C. The air temperature at the outlet of the hoses can be regulated in the range from + 15 ° C to + 30 ° C.
Heating: this mode is usually most effective at ambient air temperatures from - 40 ° C to + 5 ° C. The air temperature at the outlet of the hoses can be maintained between + 15 ° C and + 80 ° C.
The ventilation system is intended for the collection of compressed air, its cleaning, processing in heat exchangers and delivered to the buildings.
It is divided into two parts:
- cab circuit valve system,
- equipment circuit ventilation system.
The freon system is used for cooling. It is caused by the evaporation of the refrigerant, freon142.
It is divided into two parts:
- CFC circuit of the cab,
- Freon equipment circuit system.
Two elements of mechanisms are intended for individual actions of the air conditioner:
- main engine - the car engine of the car is used to drive the cabin circuit ZIL-131.
- auxiliary motor - the GAZ-66-03 auxiliary motor is used to drive the equipment circuit.
