The EZOP-4 device was designed for starting aircraft jet engines with 24 V and 24/48 V electrical voltage, and for testing electrical, radio and radar equipment and equipment of aircraft:
- aircraft with 24 V starting voltage : Il-14, Mi-4, L-29, MiG-15 bis, SU-7BM, Su-7BKL, Su-7U, L-39,
- aircraft with 24/48 V trigger voltage : MiG-21F, MiG-21PF, MiG-21PFM, MiG-21U.
It is designed for operation in various weather conditions even with large difference in temperature and relative humidity.
- dismantled benches and upper sidewalls, - modification of the wagon tarpaulin (ventilation and mounting holes ), - extension of the canvas arches, - other modifications directly related to the installation.

The EZOP power supply cabinet is designed for testing electrical equipment in aircraft and for starting jet engines with an electric starter.
The power supply cabinet is located on the hull of the T-805.
[It can perform the following operations :
a) Starting one aircraft jet engine at a DC voltage of approximately 27 V,
(b) Starting one aircraft jet engine at a DC voltage of approximately 27 V and switching to approximately 48 V without running a duty cycle,
(c) testing the electrical wiring in aircraft with a DC voltage, the magnitude of which may be varied in four stages by manual switches. Two aircraft can be tested simultaneously from one source box, (d) testing of aircraft radio equipment with an alternating voltage of 115 V at a frequency of 400 Hz.

Based on Army Regulation Let-22-23 EZOP Launcher. Description and Operation - CSLA Regulation, Prague, 1981, I believe that the CSLA used the designation EZOP-4 and not APA-7 (Soviet designation).

APA-7 was indeed a Soviet designation, BUT it was also used in the Czechoslovak Air Force. The EZOP-4 is a completely different/new device of our manufacture. The basic difference is the use of semiconductors in the control system and it is up to the moderators whether to "split" this topic - CZK - EZOP-4
I have listed them together because the "TMP" for the 23rd Airfield Battalion lists both facilities in the totals and as a possible alternative.
