Project of a self-propelled gun for coastal defence from 1939. It was created for the needs of the Kriegsmarine when 14 types of platforms (R1 - R14) with different armament including guns of 15 - 38 cm calibre were to be built. The Tarnbezeichnung R2 was to be a self-propelled gun with a 28 cm naval gun of a type unknown to me (28 cm Schiffskanone L/50 ????). The project only lived to see the drawing form.
