Vladimir Avramovič Alexenko was born on 27. januára 1923 in dedine Kijevskoje in Krasnodarskom region in roľníckej family. Bol Russian nationality.
In 1940 predčasne ended strednú school and on the instructions of the mládežníckej communist organizácie Komsomol vstúpil to miestneho aero club. In 1941 enters into the Red army and in 1942 ending the Krasnodar air učilište pilotov. From februára 1943 fighting at the front as bitevný pilot on lietadlách type of Ilyushin Il-2.
Najvyššie sovietske vyznamenanie - the Title Hero of the Sovietskeho zväzu he was granted the day 19.04.1945. In that time mal hodnosť guards captain and bol veliteľom squadron and súčasne zástupcom veliteľa 15. guards bitevného aviation regiment. Title with no 6129 him bol certificate awarded for 230 successful combat letov and aero útokov on zhromaždištia troops and vehicles of the enemy and for hrdinstvo and courage in the fulfilment of combat tasks.
The second title Hero Sovietskeho zväzu (№ 8677) obdržal I ako veliteľ 15. guards bitevného aviation regiment and in the rank of guards major of the day 29.06.1945 for 292 combat letov. During the war Alexenko destroyed on the ground množstvo nepriateľských lietadiel, 33 machines, 118 automobile, 53 railway vagónov, 85 povozov, 15 opancierovaných transportérov, 10 storage with muníciou, 27 delostreleckých weapons, 54 protilietadlových weapons, 12 mínometov and hundreds of vojakov and dôstojníkov nepriateľa.
After the end of the war slúžil Alexenko simmilar in the army and to increase military vzdelanie. In 1954 has successfully completed leteckú the academy is his life and in 1962 the academy is his life Generálneho staff. In 1968 he was promoted to the rank of lieutenant general of the air force. But the army was active aj vo verejnom life - two funkčné obdobia bol poslancom Najvyššieho sovietu Ukrajinskej SSR.
In 1978 odišiel to dôchodku. He lived in Odessa, where aj zomrel of the day 16.06.1995 about the age of 75 years. Buried is the Druhom kresťanskom (mestskom) cintoríne.
