Republika s centrom v západosrbskom meste Užice vyhlásená komunistickým odbojom pod vedením Tita. Partizánske jednotky začali oblasť kontrolovať od 28.07.1941, keď začali vznikať aj orgány štátu. Štát zanikol po porážke partizánov k 01.12.1941.
