Irácký ministr vodohospodářství Abdul Latíf Rašíd se v úterý stal terčem atentátu, ze kterého vyvázl bez zranění, zraněno ale bylo dvanáct policistů. Při dalších úterních atentátech v Bagdádu a Ramádí bylo zabito pět lidí. Zraněných je celkem padesát.
