After graduation, he starts working as a civil servant in Kijov


In Kyjov, he marries Adéka Weizenbauer, a handicraft teacher


During his basic military service in Žamberk, he graduated from the School of Reserve Officers

September 1938 as part of the mobilization he joins his home unit Žamberk


spring 1939 he is actively involved in the work in the resistance organization Defense of the Nation, he became deputy commander and intelligence officer of the Kijov organization


December 9, 1939 he was arrested by the Gestapo, managed to jump out of the window on the 1st floor and escape


12.12.1939 at Štítný crosses the border to Slovakia


16.12.1939 reports to Czechoslovakia. of foreign troops at the French Consulate in Budapest


On December 21, 1939, he arrives in Belgrade with a French visa


January 1, 1940 in Beyrouth, with other volunteers embark in the direction of France


January 24, 1940 arrives in Marseille


January 26, 1940 presented at MS. troops Agde, ranked in the rank of lieutenant to the 5th Company, 1st Infantry Battalion


5.2.1940 sent to the National Committee of Czechoslovakia. military administration in Paris


after the defeat of France, he is transported by ship to England and is assigned to the command company of the 2nd Battalion


11.7.1940 promoted to captain of the infantry, then completes the course and is appointed commander of the command company of the 2nd Tank Battalion, MS. motorized brigade

1942-1944 as the oldest participant he/she takes special courses - paragliding, Assault Ceurse (offensive course) and RAC Tactical school


February 10, 1944 transferred to the MNO in London


March 1945 promoted to staff captain


March 28, 1945 transferred to the liberated territory of Czechoslovakia


April 20, 1945 included in the MNO in Košice - I/2 department


October 1945 promoted to major


1947 promoted to lieutenant colonel


after February 1948, a provocateur was put on him, who forced him to emigrate


June 2, 1948 arrested on the basis of a prepared action of a provocateur with several others while trying to leave the republic near Strakonice


Sentenced to 18 years for the crime of assassination of the republic, attempted military treason and an offense under the law for the protection of Czechoslovakia. currency (he had $ 60 on arrest)


He was imprisoned in Pilsen-Bory, Opava and eventually transferred to Leopoldov


On December 27, 1952, he died as a result of torture in Leopoldov Prison



Adéla's wife was imprisoned in the Svatobořice camp for 3 years during the war
