Dear all, I am appealing to you for help with advice or action. What is it, I need to determine the type of vehicle that was published in the annual publication: the ZS 050 Sázava. The only thing that is clear from the photograph is that the vehicle of unknown origin, name and destination is capable of driving on the road and on rails.
I am interested in:
- the manufacturer - the name of the vehicle: whether factory, army and its nicknames - the working designation of the vehicle - the history of this vehicle - the basic technical data, or other technical documentation

Dear all, some time ago I asked here for help with advice. Thanks to a happy coincidence, I managed to talk to several employees of the defunct Railway Troops Test Centre of the Ministry of Transport of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic. The ZS-050 memorabilia unanimously claimed that it was a two-track railway tractor ŽT-250. However, they differed slightly in other details. Nevertheless, I hope to bring my research project to a successful conclusion with their help.
Preliminary report The two-track railway tractor ŽT-250 is said to have been built in the early 1980s. During the construction of the prototype, design groups from several manufacturers were used, for example: - the axles were identical to the LiAZ truck - the engine was used from the proven Tatra design series - the cab was made in ZS-050
The prototype of the ŽT-250 was scrapped around 1990.
Allegedly, a series production vehicle with the designation: ŽT-300 was also planned, but what stage of preparation it reached could not be ascertained.
