WPT-TOPAS (WPT = Wóz Pogotowia Technicznego)


Technical assistance workshop and rescue vehicle built on the basis of an armored personnel carrier TOPAS. The device was designed for rescue, maintenance and repair work on floating tanks PT-76 and armored personnel carriers TOPAS in the armament of the Polish army.


The main equipment of the vehicle consisted of:
- winch:

- rope length: 600 m
- hand crane with a maximum load capacity of 1,000 kg
- spare parts and means for maintenance and repairs
- autogenous welding set
- Tent for 4 people
