General Jēzups BAŠKO (8 Nov 1889 - 31 May 1946)
Served as Colonel in the Russian Air Force, including under Soviet command. Returned to Latvia in 1921 and joined the Latvian Army as Lieutenant-Colonel on July 22, 1921. After retirement, remained in Latvia where he died.
