After elementary school he trained as a butcher


Until 1.10.1931 he worked as a butcher - smoker


1.10.1931 transferred to the 103rd Artillery Regiment's Signal Company


10.3.1932 a conscript


1.3.1933 corporal


1.4.1933 accepted for further active service


1.10.1933 discharged from the long-service


Before 1938 he left the Republic and joined the Foreign Legion in France


1940 after the fall of France he got to England where he joined a Czechoslovak unit.


1941 he volunteered for special assignments


25.10.1941 basic sabotage course at STS - 26 in Scotland, assigned to the BRONSE


10.11.-28.11.1941 parachute course at STS - 51


1.3.-30.5.1942 radiotelegraph course on STS - 52


1.6.-15.8.1942 assigned to the radio control room


16.8.-22.8.1942 parakurz on STS - 51


11.9.-30.9.1942 Czechoslovak training station STS - 46 Chichiley Hall


1.10.1942 - 12.1.1943 at his own request transferred to the radio station


24.12.1942 sergeant


14.3.1943 flew with a paratroop to perform tasks in the Protectorate


15.3.1943 over the territory of Germany, shot down in a transport plane by air defense over the city of Munich, in the wreckage of the plane died


20.10.1945 awarded Czechoslovak War Cross 1939 in memoriam


1.12.1945 second lieutenant in memoriam



Gradually promoted to lieutenant commander in memoriam
