Note: 		Vrtulník byl vyroben jako Mil Mi-4 A, později byl spolu s několika dalšími přestavěn v Leteckých opravnách Trenčín na verzi Mi-4B 2143 - bitevní. Od roku 1987 je majetkem VHÚ Praha Kbely. V letech 2013-2014 se dočkal rozsáhlé opravy v LOM Praha. Poprvé ho mohli vidět návštěvníci VHÚ Kbely při zahajování sezóny 2014, později pak například na Airshow Praha právě ve Kbelích v roce 2015. Od června 2016 je součástí stálé vnitřní expozice VHÚ Kbely. The helicopter was manufactured as a Mil Mi-4 A, later, together with several others, was rebuilt in the Aircraft Repairs Trenčín to version "B" - combat. Since 1987, it has been the property of VHÚ Praha Kbely. In the years 2013-2014, it underwent extensive repairs in LOM Prague. Visitors to the VHÚ Kbely could see it for the first time at the opening of the 2014 season, and later, for example, at the Prague Airshow in Kbely in 2015. Since June 2016, it has been a part of the permanent indoor exhibition of the VHÚ Kbely.
