I think it is an older regimental mortar vz.1938, at least it corresponds to the most (note the knobs for adjusting the aiming and aiming, damping (it is shorter than in the more modern model 2B11/2S12

Charging of both above mentioned guns is from the front, so the comrades on the cube will have a lot of fun and charging while driving will probably be quite a problem. Well, since loading and firing is practically the same in this case, firing will probably be possible only when stopped (getting a 15kg mine into the muzzle while driving through the terrain will not be easy) and the operator is not protected during firing so it is probably more of a fire support weapon that operates from some covered position and the carrier is mainly to allow quick movement and taking position (still it is an interesting use, although the whole set is quite tall)
