The vehicle in the photos is to show a prototype of a staff vehicle built on the platform Tatra 805. It was supposed to be a reconstruction for the then commander of the MNO gen. Cap. The reconstruction was carried out by the owner of the vehicle, Mr. Hubert Rand. He renovated the vehicle on the basis of a photograph, a drawing and the memories of former soldiers who drove the vehicle. He acquired the vehicle as a wreck in 1966 and began reconstruction in 1977.
From the expert opinion of the processor Ing. Václav Šmidlík (curator of the Historical Institute of the Army of the Czech Republic) I am choosing the main data:
The vehicle was to be built in 1954 in VOP Zlaté Moravce on the platform Tatra 805.
The vehicle was during the term of office gen. Cap included in the car park at the division in Karlovy Vary where he was a car chief Lt. Col. You are cruel.
The wreck of an incomplete vehicle was acquired in 1966 and renovation began in 1977.
The vehicle has undergone a major overhaul and has been supplemented with some new parts and modifications. The owner has an incomplete technical certificate and production plate for the vehicle. The engine number is 254398, the chassis number is identical. It is stated that identical engine and chassis numbers were in the beginning of production Tatra 805.

As mentioned, the reconstruction was to take place on the basis of a preserved photograph and memories of former drivers of this special. In their statement with a scan of period photography, it is stated that this vehicle was allegedly manufactured in HAOZ Zlaté Moravce in the number of three pieces in the 1950s. One was to serve in Příbram, one in VÚ 3299 Mladá and the third in VÚ 3869 Stříbro (this car was to be sold to a Jednotné roľnícký družstvo (JRD/JZD) around 1965.
The vehicle received a historic vehicle license in 2002.

Note:
Strict fans of historic vehicles consider this vehicle to be an inauthentic replica of something about which legends have circulated and no credible materials have been published so far. The most authentic proof of the existence of a similar vehicle is a preserved period photograph. There is also a sketch of the vehicle, which fans of historic vehicles also question.
I cannot fully assess which party is right in this dispute. The truth is that the information published by the owners may be wrong and it is a replica based on fragmentary information. The value of this car is then questionable. Period photography can have the only historical value.
A cursory examination of the available information did not confirm the proclaimed manufacturer of this reconstruction, namely VOP Zlaté Moravce. I did not find any information about the GTC Zlaté Moravce and it is probably a misinterpreted oral presentation of the real GTC Zlatovce (later GTC Trenčín-Zlatovce).
