In the battle of Sokolov, the battalion manager, commander of the supply platoon
March 10, 1943 left the warehouse of provisions in Kharkov for no reason.
March 25, 1943 returned to the battalion.
On June 20, 1944, he was sentenced to death by a field court and demoted to a soldier; this judgment was changed to November 7 on November 10, 1944. Holzer was included as a soldier in the criminal company where he distinguished himself.
He fell in the fighting at Dukla near Nižní Komárník. Subsequently, his rank was posthumously restored.
