ASLAV-CS (zásobovací vozidlo)

ASLAV-CS

A supply vehicle based on the ASLAV series of light wheeled armoured vehicles.

The hull of the ASLAV-CS is of a variant known as Type 2. Compared to the basic version from ASLAV-25, it does not carry a turret, its middle and rear part is also raised. The interior is designed as modular, whereby the vehicle can be turned into an armoured personnel carrier (ASLAV-PC), a command post (ASLAV-C), a reconnaissance vehicle (ASLAV-S), an ambulance (ASLAV-A), or a supply vehicle (ASLAV-CS). MRIK kits are not permanently mounted, so one vehicle can perform different tasks by mounting a different MRIK as the need arises.

The ASLAV-CS is a wheeled, armoured vehicle with high ground clearance designed to supply forward units with water or fuel.
The vehicle was developed to replace the obsolete M548A1, which performed similar tasks in the Australian Army. The interior of the ASLAV-CS is modified to carry liquids by the installation of special tanks. The crew consists of two persons (driver and commander), the armament consists of a 12.7 mm machine gun.
