You can borrow the degree you are looking for either directly or with the help of an interlibrary loan service from the Košice University Library (now the State Scientific Library). I have the impression that I earned it there twenty years ago and the online database claims that there is one copy.

Or try the search engine of the Slovak National Library, which offered me two more copies from these libraries:

The book is old, but with some consideration, it could withstand scanning or xeroxing.
