After the drone Shahed 129 (it is produced by Iran) attacked the coalition forces, was shot down by an american pilot behind the wheel McDonnell Douglas F-15E Strike Eagle. Whether the aircraft flew a syrian or a different operator is not known (it is possible that the aircraft may use both the Iranians and e.g. Hezbollah). The machine landed in the An-Tanf.
