The representative of the president of the Iraqi Kurdistan Himin Havrámí declared through the network twitter, that there is a broad political consensus between the iraqi Kurds to 25. September 2017 was held referendums on independence. Against is beyond Iraq and Iran, Syria and Turkey. Kurds pointed out that the referendum (or its results) still won't mean an immediate declaration of independence. This step came after a significantly improved state of the country and Mosul is practically already conquered.
