Usage: At frontline and army level since 1973 (P-242TM since 1977).
Designation: Served to conceal ten telephone channels.Five concealers were connected directly to the telephone channel, and a sixth served a further five reserve channels, connected to BPTNV tone call receivers.It was part of the "Zarevo" communications complex, which consisted of a P-243T telephone exchange and eight P-242T establishments. The P-242TM version (Ural-375) contained twice as many installations as the P-242T.
