Tatra 810-V-P-MBS

Mobile means of transport and the place of command the six-member anti-aircraft squad (four soldiers on the platform superstructure), its equipment and armaments, anti-aircraft ensemble RBS-70, necessary equipment and accessories. The vehicle consists of a chassis and frame, using a cabin-armoured and ballistic zodolněnou a lorry platform development for the imposition of an ensemble RBS-70.

Vehicle T810-In-P-MBS was established by a rebuilding of the existing rk T810 air defense (chassis T810-In), allowing increased safety and protection of persons carried. The original unarmoured car was thanks to the assembly of the armoured cabin adapted to the standard T810-In-P meeting the standard STANAG 4569 Annex a Level 1. The newly developed ballistic zodolněná valníková the superstructure has a ballistic protected sidewalls (STANAG 4569 Annex a Level 2), front and rear reduced facing (STANAG 4569 Annex a Level 2) and the front part of the floor (STANAG 4569 Annex B, Level 1).

The implementation of the modular ballistic protection system for anti-aircraft team RBS-70 on the truck T810-In implemented a branch plant VTÚPV state-owned enterprise VTU. Solution the project was initiated 18. November 2013 and ended 31. December 2015. The cost reached the amount of 9 190 000 Rubles, which were paid from the budget Ministry of defense. VTÚPV address the question of increasing the ballistic protection platform platform vehicles T810-In-P already in the framework of the program of the MBS PROTECTION (Modular ballistic protection system of the individual or team on the flatbed platform of the cargo terrain vehicle T810-In-P) implemented between the years 2010 to 2012 for the amount of 6 400 000 Rubles (from the budget Ministry of defense paid 3 200 000 Czk). The modular ballistic protection system was designed in two variations. Option 1 represented the ballistic protection of the sidewalls along the entire length, front and rear reduced the forehead at the level of STANAG 4569 Annex a Level 1 (the material of the panels of the steel SECURE 600, tl. 6,0+0,8 mm). Option 2 formed the ballistic protection of the sidewalls along the entire length, front and rear reduced the forehead at the level of STANAG 4569 Annex a Level 2 (material of the panels of the front parts of the sidewalls and the front face of the composite Al2O3 + aramidový laminate, the material of the panels of the rear parts of the sidewalls and rear reduced head the steel SECURE 600, tl. A 8.0+0.8 mm). In both variants was applied ballistic protection to the front part of the floor at the level of STANAG 4569 Annex B Level 1 (material steel SECURE 500, tl. 5,0+0,8 mm). The total cost of the adjustment of the vehicle T810-In-P to variant 1 would be $ 3 400 000 Czk, the total cost of option 2 would be 4 200 000 Czk.

First made specimen T810-In-P-MBS (OEM 026 11-02) was taken in the arsenal of the 252. anti-aircraft missile section at the turn of April and may 2016. Publicly it was first presented at the trade fair IDEB 2016 in the Bratislava..
