During the training flight bomber Boeing B-52 Stratofortress occurred approximately 25 nautical miles northwest of base Minot, North Dakota, a technical failure, which from the aeroplane severed one of the engines of Pratt & Whitney TF33-P-3/103. The aircraft subsequently returned to its base Minot, where it successfully landed.
