Co je D-103 a ELAZ-56

Dear,
during his research in the VHA, I stumbled onto a message Staff of the collection of military material (ŠSVM) in which was a mention of sending a car with German mines and lighters. In the text I have taken two shortcuts: D-103 and ELAZ-56 for which I cannot determine whether it was explosive devices (mines), or lighters.

Please things aware for clarification.
