On 28.12.1944 pilots Col. Ernest H. Beverly, 2nd Lt. About. Also. Agee, Jr., 2nd Lt. Fred M. Brown and 1st Lt. Darwin R. Addis from the 325th Fighter Group, 15th Air Force from Italy destroyed one by one by the transport airplane Messerschmitt Me 323 G6+IQ, G6+LQ, G6+NQ and G6+DS from 16./TG 4.
