The Myanmar Air Force (Tatmadaw Lei (Myanmar Air Force)) lost a Mil Mi-2 helicopter that crashed about 150 km northeast of Rangoon, Bago Division, Daik U. All three crew members, pilot Major Yan Naing Htoo, co-pilot Captain Tun Tun Naing and Sergeant Tin Tun Lwin, were killed.
