The chilean army (Ejército de Chile) came on the helicopter Aerospatiale SA 330L Puma, reg H-264, v. no. 1527. The machine crashed near the winter resort of Portillo, Valparaiso, when he supported the telecommunications division of the chilean army (perhaps after contact with the antenna?). Of the five crew members died of sustained wounds 1 soldier in the rank of corporal.
