A great wave of indignation sparked in Egypt, president Sisi, when during their five-day visit to Saudi Arabia signed the transfer of two groups of strategic islands in the Red sea (Tiran and Sanafir). Islands, inter alia, control of access to the gulf of Aqaba, where they are among other things the israeli port of Eilat and jordan's Aqaba. On the islands long disputed and the Egyptians argue that the islands simply transmitted to its rightful owner. What's the connection with the treaty on investments in the amount of 22 billion dollars and other development projects in favor of Egypt, we can only speculate.
