MHJ
Mobile inpatient unit serves to strengthen the capacity of the Department of biological protection or to replenish the ability of the field hospital of the insulating infectious part. Is rozvinutelná in the inflatable air-conditioned halls equipped with insulating cells with their own filtroventilací, or can be custom insulating units developed separately (in the hangar, factory floor, etc.). Patients are isolated in jendotkách ISO-Arc system driven vacuum. The space MHJ is constantly under the control of the video surveillance system and system MAR.

International exercise Vigorous Warrior 2015 took place in the days of 1. up to 12. June 2015, it was about yet, historically, the greatest exercise of the Military medical service of the ACR. The aim of the exercise was to test the ability of the medical staff of alliance partners in the context of a fictional deployment of international field hospitals and other medical elements in the environment with high risk of biological threats to the population, including the escape of dangerous biological substances. The subject matter was influenced by the situation in west Africa associated with the appearance of ebola and other highly dangerous diseases. Vigorous Warrior 2015 peaked in the middle of the 10. June announcement of the mass intake of casualties after a simulated bus accident. Out of a total of roughly 350 practitioners have 150 came from abroad. The exercise was attended by 15 alliance states from the countries of NATO and Partnership for peace (Sweden), whose medical teams within the exercise brought his equipment and specialized laboratories. Some of them were then connected to the hospital corridor, 7. field hospital, in the context of the scenarios fulfils the role of multinational field hospitals with the ability to ROLE 2 Enhanced. The hospital consisted of tents and containers, which occupy an area of nearly two football fields.
The exercise Vigorous Warrior 2015 MHJ deployed in the range of 1 air-conditioned hall with three units of ISO-Arc for a total of 12 patients and one ISO-Arc for the two patients to the ICU:
- container 1: source of electrical energy + air
- container 3: water supply
- container 4: pharmacy
- the containers 5 to 9: warehouse space for the transportation of material and equipment
- the container 13: decontamination section
