27.11.2015 - Poslanci PS ČR proti návrhu EK na změnu směrnice o kontrole nabývání a držení zbraní

On Friday in the chamber of deputies held a joint press conference of the chairman of the house Committee for the safety of the Roman Vanya and member of the Constitutional law committee Jan Chvojky European commission's proposal to amend the directive on control of the acquisition and possession of weapons.

Roman Váňa proposal for a directive flatly refused, saying that would bring the intervention into the rights of hundreds of thousands of law-abiding citizens, without in any way help prevent terrorism.
Mp Jana Černochová in a speech to the chamber of deputies submitted a draft resolution to the Parliament of the Czech republic:
- chamber of deputies Parliament of the Czech republic expresses its disapproval with the intention of the European commission to tighten control, registration, acquisition and possession of weapons, which are held and used legally in accordance with the national law of the member countries of the European union.
- chamber of deputies Parliament of the Czech republic refuses to perform completely vague measures of the European commission, which lead to the suppression of the rights of citizens of the Czech republic.

no ne, ze by nekdo v tom budikove mel opravdu i rozum ?

kromě nesmyslných restrikcí jsou v návrhu i věci prospěšné - např. zpřísnění pravidel pro deaktivaci zbraní (bylo široce medializováno, že při posledních útocích byly použity upravené "znehodnocenky" - snad dokonce i ze Slovenska)
bohužel nezbývá nic jiného než doufat, že odpor projeví i další státy EU a pak si počkat na tu novelu - členské státy jsou totiž povinny směrnice transponovat do národní legislativy

Pri útoku na redakciu Charlie Hebdo použité boli, podľa mňa je možné, že sa zbrane zakúpili vo väčších množstvách už v minulosti, navyše keď sa predaj zbrane neevidoval na žiadny doklad totožnosti. Dúfam, že nakoniec dôjde iba k rozumným úpravám, a nie ku všeobecným a nič neriešiacim reštrikciám. Tie teroristov určite nezastavia a doplatí na to iba človek dodržiavajúci zákony.
