The Fuerza Aérea Guatemalteca came about helicopter Bell 206L-1 Long Ranger II "FAG-132", v. no. 45738, while killing all 5 people on board. One of them was major General Israel Rudy Ruiz Ortiz, chief of staff of National Defense of Guatemala. The machine crashed probably due to bad weather in El Aguacate, Nentón, Huehuetenango.
