13.08.2014 - Su-34 nad Severním pólem

The Russian armed forces once again demostrovaly their abilities, when four the Su-34 of of the Voronezh region after crossing the Northern arctic ocean reached the northernmost point of the globe.

Aircraft first flown to the airport Mončegorsk (GPS: 67°59'16.15"N 33°01'02.47"E), which outperformed more than 2,500 km. During the flight the crew twice natankovaly in the air in pairs.

During this exercise the crew travels the distance more than 50,000 km and during the three days spent in the air 20 hours.
