Aircraft IAI Kfir TC12 "FAC3006" belonging to the Fuerza Aérea Colombiana, crashed from unknown causes in Norcacii, Caldas. One of the pilots managed to successfully eject and survived, the other pilot was killed. The machine was on a training flight.
