North Korea announced last month sank one of its military submarines. In the incident off the east coast of the country, killing reportedly at least 19 members of the north Korean navy.
According to north Korean media the submarine sank in mid-October, when the vessel is filling with "combat tasks". The cause of the accident, the north Korean media did not disclose.
