The Turkish air force came this year for the second the McDonnell Douglas RF-4E Phantom, however, while the previous one was shot down by a syrian air defense and both airmen were killed, in this case both the pilots survived, albeit wounded, the machine then crashed due to a technical failure. It happened 5 miles west of kangalské the central district of the city of Sivas.
