LeO 45 B4 (LeO 450 B4) - prototype of a medium bomber
LeO 451 B4 - medium bomber
LeO 451M (LeO 456) - navy version
LeO 451T - version used by the Luftwaffe for transport purposes, without armament, or armed with 7.9 mm MG-81 machine guns (approx. 50 pieces, rebuilt in the years 1943-1944 after the occupation of the rest of France by Germany)
LeO 451C - version intended for the transport of mail by Air France. Modified 12 pieces of LeO 451 in 1943 after the occupation of the rest of France by Germany
LeO 451LC (LeO 459) - version developed for passenger transport
LeO 451E - version serving as a flying laboratory, more in LeO 451
LeO 452 - pre-production version of LeO 451 with Hispano-Suiza 14Aa 12/13 engines with an output of 1150 hp, ordered one piece, produced simultaneously with LeO 45, converted to a transport aircraft for 12 passengers or 17 armed soldiers
LeO 453 - transport version with Pratt-Whitney R-1830-67 engines, modified in army workshops in North Africa after completion WWII
LeO 454 - planned version with more powerful Bristol-Hercules II engines, production of the prototype was not terminated in 1940 due to the outbreak of fighting between Germany and France
LeO 455 - version with Gnome-Rhone 14R engines, production started before WWII, ordered 400 pcs, after the war this standard was modified by several LeO 451
LeO 455Ph - cartographic version of LeO 455
LeO 457 - high-altitude bomber, until the beginning of the war in May 1940 ordered 5 pieces, production did not begin
LeO 458 - version with Wright GR-2600-A5B Cyclone engines and Hamilton Hydromatic propellers, ordered a total of 200 pieces (of which 120 with Curtiss propellers), until the beginning of the war in May 1940 began production of the first 10 pieces, production was not completed

Curiosities:
1 pc LeO 451 (No. N-359), part of the Fleet 4F Aeronavale was in 1942 (first takeoff 03. 06. 1942) secretly modified to destroy magnetic mines, similar to the Wellington DW.I. A large radius electromagnetic field generator was placed on board. This field was able to initiate detonation of naval magnetic mines during the bomber's flight low above the surface.
