Rescue system formed a parachute with an appropriate control mounted in the container and had a maximum weight of 12 kg. The maximum speed of descent should be within 6m/s.
Radio with minimum weight and dimensions should comply with the conditions of ICAO, should have its own power supply, should be resistant to interference. The minimum reach from the height of 300m should have been in the rugged terrain of 15km.

Příteli,
pravděpodobně máte na mysli motorové rogalo z projektu Netopýr, které koncem devadesátých let vyvíjela nějaká divize VTÚ LaPVO. Jest-li něco podobného vyvíjela i ČSLA mi není známo.


Doporučuji kontaktovat VTÚL (nyní součástí LOM Praha). Třeba mají nějaké fotografie ze zkoušek a výkresy. Dokumentace oficiálně odtajněná asi nebude, ale to nemusí být na překážku. Stačilo by vyhledat konstruktéra, který určitě již odešel z VTÚL do soukroma.
