Podle mého názoru by se mohlo jednat o píšťalku se šňůrkou používanou čs. armádou za první republiky.


Těchto píšťalek existovalo více druhů. Viděl jsem šňůrku od píšťalky s lipovými kuličkami (jako na Vašem obrázku), ale i bez nich.
