Engineering device built on the basis of a medium tank T-72 intended for:
- disposal and cleaning of minefields
- liquidation and transfer of uprooted forest stands and rock landslides
- excavation and overburden
In the front part of the device is installed demining device KMT-8 capable of cleaning the area in front of the vehicle at a working speed of 6 to 12 km/h. Between the demining device there is a double dozer blade, which in the transport position rises above the front inclined armor. In the working position, on the other hand, the KMT-8 deminers tilt over the armor. In place of the battle tower there is a fully rotating, retractable arm, which at its end can carry a double-sided bucket with a volume of 0.2 m3 or a hook for lifting loads up to 2,000 kg.
