The crew of the USNS Rappahannock ((T-AO-204)(supply ship/tanker) off the coast of United Arab Emirates at the port Džabal Ali opened fire půlpalcovými machine guns on the vessel, which did not respond to calls to stop or changed course and went to the ship. The crew was afraid of a possible attack, for example, the Iranian revolutionary guard corps.
On board, roughly nine-metre speedboat equipped with three engines, however, were fishermen, one of whom died and three were injured.
The Incident is under investigation.
