A new type of armoured vehicle designed for territorial deployment was created in 1934. The prototype was demonstrated at Fointainebleau. The following year, the prototype was sent to Morocco to the 5eEscadron 1erREC (régiment étranger de cavalerie). Evolutionarily, it is the predecessor of armoured vehicles Laffly S 15 TOE. The Laffly S 15 R AM was built on the frame of the Laffly S 15 R. The vehicle received special Veil-Piccard 30 x 6 tyres. The machine bore the registration number "90 145". The fate of the prototype is unknown to me.
